Broken Hill Art Exchange residency was thrilled to host Bev Kennedy, regarded as one of Australia’s leading Musical Directors & accompanists. Bev has worked on over 30 professional music theatre productions including Billy Elliot, Mamma Mia!, The Producers, We Will Rock You, The Lion King, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Chicago, & the concert version of Sunset Boulevard with Judi Conelli, among many other productions.
The Broken Hill Regional Art Gallery hosted an evening with tenor BRAD COOPER and pianist BEV KENNEDY as they presented their new Kabarett show BERLIN ELECTRIC. The Kabarett, through the songs and stories of Weimar Berlin, celebrated the music of Spoliansky, Hollaender, Weill, Eisler, Stolz, Mackeben and more in a night of satire, hedonism, innuendo and gay abandon.
