Seductively subtle, fleshy 'organisms' exude from cracks and crevices in a landscape that doesn’t appear to support life. The work stores solar energy, converting it into a vital glow as the sun sets. The primal ‘globs’ of Emerge developed out of an earlier work examining cell division and the beginnings of human life.
